My 6 yr old son picked this out for his birthday. He read all the instructions, no sand, no carpet… It lasted two days, then stopped moving altogether, replaced batteries, he even wiped it clean, soo cute. Took it back to Toys’r'us exchanged and got a new one with a warranty. It runs every once in awhile now for like a minute at most. The warranty we bought was $5.99 plus you pay your own shipping to send it in, not worth it at all. So he uses it for scrap parts and makes his own contraptions, pulling it with a string to make it go. Now he’s asking for a remote control anything, with a rechargeable battery for Christmas. I’ll have to do some research because whatever I buy him better work.
